Information you choose to share

Contact and employer forms collect the details you enter, including your name, email address, optional phone number and message. Hiring enquiries also include your organization and role requirements. Candidate submissions include your area of interest and the CV you upload. Please do not include social insurance numbers, banking details or identity documents.

How we use it

We use enquiries to respond to your questions and hiring needs. We use candidate information to assess experience and discuss suitable recruitment opportunities. Submitting a form does not guarantee employment or a placement. We do not sell your information or use these forms to subscribe you to marketing.

Private recruitment handling

Submissions and CVs are available only to authorized agency staff through WordPress administration. CVs are not added to the public Media Library. Employers cannot browse candidate profiles or documents on this website.

Hosting and technical information

This website uses WordPress and its hosting provider to operate the service. Technical information may be processed to operate the website and limit abusive submissions. Your form details are not kept in browser local storage. Agency email notifications may also be processed by the configured email service.

Retention and your choices

Authorized staff can review and delete submissions, including attached CVs. To ask about your information, correct it, withdraw consent for future recruitment contact or request deletion, use the Contact form and identify your request as a privacy enquiry. Please include your submission reference if available.

Cookies and photography

This website does not use advertising or marketing analytics scripts. Staff sign-in uses WordPress authentication cookies. Workplace photographs are illustrative stock images and do not identify the agency’s employees, candidates, offices or clients.
